We arrived to Villa Mariposa the sixth of August and we stayed there until 27. We were thirteen people, seven adults and six children. So we rented both the houses, the main one and the littler one. Villa Mariposa is really beautiful, with a big swimming pool and a large garden. You can also play volley ball and petanque. The furniture inside and outside is really nice and confortable. The house stands close to Denia and La Xara (5 minutes by car) but in the quiet of the country. Perfect! You can see a beautiful sky full of stars in the night. We had to cook many times (for us Italian this is an important aspect!!) and the kitchen was perfect, with a central wood block. It was amusing to cook together and spend time there. But, above all, the ownwer are great! Robbie and Maria are unique, really kind and sympathic. Maria is an artist, so that the property is full of sculptures, pictures, particulal objects, really charming! Both went to Villa Mariposa every three days to clean the swimming pool and outside. They are nice persons and if you need something they can help or suggest you. Now I am back home again but we are still in contact. My opinion about my stay in Mariposa can only be positive! There is much space in the house, inside and outside, so that people can really relax. Really great!
